We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure to support secure and scalable applications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into development processes
- Create and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to improve software delivery efficiency
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies using real-time analytics and monitoring tools
- Configure and oversee Kubernetes environments for container orchestration and application management
- Design fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions using regions and availability zones for high availability
- Implement and support software-defined networking in cloud environments
- Ensure infrastructure adheres to security, scalability, and reliability standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles
- Proven expertise in implementing cloud-based DevOps solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles, including security, scalability, and reliability
- Ability to design and deploy software-defined networking in cloud infrastructures
- Familiarity with fault-tolerant infrastructure design using availability zones and regions
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for setup, configuration, and deployment
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, or C#
- Practical experience with monitoring and analytics platforms like Azure Log Analytics, Google StackDriver, New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog
- Knowledge of database systems, including Microsoft SQL or MySQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline
- Understanding of Agile workflows and methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Active Directory for identity and access management
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Ruby
