Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand goals, behaviors and needs
- Develop user and domain models based on research findings
- Define context scenarios and ideal user experiences
- Describe system capabilities and requirements to support user tasks
- Design information flows, workflows and system structures
- Test and refine products through evaluative research
- Advocate for user needs and maintain empathy throughout the design process
Requirements
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe CS
- Experience designing and shipping digital projects
- Strong understanding of digital mediums and technology constraints
- Experience with eServices development is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to propose design decisions that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility
- Clear communication skills with the ability to adapt creatively within a team environment
Nice to have
- Experience with eServices development
- Basic coding knowledge to better understand technical feasibility
