We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in a major mobile banking transformation initiative. In this position, you will oversee a team of approximately 20 engineers spanning .NET backend and native mobile development, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

You will partner closely with client stakeholders and technical teams, bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to the delivery process while empowering the team to meet project objectives.

This role is based in Athens, with regular on-site presence at the client’s premises.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a cross-functional delivery team
  • Coordinate development efforts across both mobile and .NET backend workstreams
  • Review proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
  • Assist with task estimation, planning, and prioritization
  • Track progress and keep the team focused on agreed milestones
  • Proactively identify and address risks and blockers
  • Maintain transparent communication and alignment with client stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and team workflows
  • Mentor team members and cultivate a collaborative working environment
  • Promote effective use of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Delivery Management or Project Management within IT projects
  • Solid understanding of mobile applications and .NET backend systems
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern integration practices
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate technical teams
  • Background in Agile/SCRUM working environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A structured, solution-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in Greek and a strong command of English (B2 or higher)
