We are seeking a Delivery Manager with Gen AI experience to join us in building next-gen products & to lead and ensure the successful delivery of software development projects to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, profound knowledge of Agile methodologies, and exceptional leadership qualities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end delivery management within high-growth environments
- Lead GenAI client engagements
- Align the engineering team toward a technical roadmap
- Lead software development projects ensuring seamless operations and adherence to Agile practices
- Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI/ML projects
- Use communication, presentation, and planning skills to engage stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrate competency in leading solution architecture and technical architecture initiatives
- Study new LLM research topics and implement the same to showcase technical prowess to clients and build value for EPAM
- Employ Engineering Best Practices, CI/CD, and various tools associated with branching, merging, and quality gates
- Oversee the project/product development life cycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage project P&L, revenue, and margin optimization
- Proactively manage people and foster a collaborative team environment
- Uphold strong organizational, leadership skills, and stakeholder management capabilities to achieve project goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with end-to-end delivery
- Strong pre-sales experience
- Proficiency in software development and architecture-related tasks
- Hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
- Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL would be a plus
- Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies
- Knowledge of financial aspects of account/project management such as P&L, revenue, and margin
- Strong people management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
