We are looking for a Delivery Manager to ensure assigned projects meet their goals by coordinating and managing all stakeholders involved. This position also serves as a key facilitator for driving change processes on behalf of the client.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project team in defining scope and determining the approach needed to meet project goals
- Oversee project targets, budgets, and team resources
- Apply financial and banking expertise to support solution analysis and design
- Provide support to the team and help eliminate obstacles
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress, milestones, and potential delays
- Drive and oversee change initiatives within project teams
- Develop solutions to tackle complex project issues
- Mediate and resolve disputes among team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in delivery or project management
- A degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMP, Agile) and key project performance metrics
- Understanding of payment methods
- Experience using collaborative tracking platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Experience with Planner
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation abilities
- Ability to handle intricate and detail-heavy projects
- Proficiency in managing teams and resolving conflicts
Nice to have
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including planning and governance
- Certification in project management, planning, and governance
