Responsibilities
- Run delivery and resolve delivery issues on large-scale programs
- Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs
- Understand the ‘Big Picture’ as well as dive into project-level details
- Serve as EPAM customers’ delivery and technology partner, align customers’ vision with EPAM solutions and capabilities, and collaborate with Senior Level Leadership/Stakeholders
- Stay hands-on to ensure EPAM delivery standards while bringing to life the best products for our clients
- Take a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools, and approaches while continuing to foster your technology skills
- Build your Agile delivery team and set up the project from the ground up, as well as advocate for the best engineering practices and tools for effective use
- Contribute to presale activities including estimations, architecture reviews, and documentation
- Handle staffing/resourcing for successful project delivery and proactively supervise technical delivery teams both onshore and offshore
- Drive engagements at scale
- Govern the delivery across stakeholders, handle complicated engineering issues, and ensure the design, code, and overall solution are of top-notch quality; take full responsibility for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery
- Develop and execute the succession plan of the projects on their account
- Participate in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers
- Deliver on hard commitments and fixed timelines within outcome-based setups
- Identify areas and drive change to increase efficiency with the use of AI tools through the whole PDLC
Requirements
- BSc degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in software delivery
- 3+ years in positions of Delivery/Team Lead, Solution/Enterprise Architect, or Delivery/Project/Program Manager
- Experience delivering enterprise applications
- Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions (including Specification driven development, Serverless and mult-tier architecture, micro-services)
- Agile/Scrum leadership at scale
- Hands-on experience establishing and championing technical practices
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of leading Digital and Omni-channel solutions
