Find me a jobWe're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives for clients in the Romandie region, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and quality standards. You will play a key part in establishing trust-based client relationships, driving delivery excellence and enabling AI-driven practices across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, budget and timelines
- Implement delivery governance, pacing and reporting for transparency and continuous improvement
- Apply data-driven management using key performance indicators, dashboards and operational metrics
- Lead AI adoption and enablement to enhance productivity in delivery processes
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders as the main point of contact
- Manage risks, changes and escalations to ensure predictable delivery
- Manage financial aspects of delivery, including forecasting, margin control and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), maintaining scope control and contractual adherence
- Drive effective staffing, onboarding, coaching and performance management within delivery teams
- Collaborate with account management and technical leadership to support growth opportunities and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery leadership roles (Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Lead) within consulting or IT services
- Strong background in managing complex projects and client stakeholder relationships
- Experience governing delivery under MSAs and SOWs, including scope and change management
- Understanding of technology-related legal concepts such as data privacy and delivery obligations
- Technical exposure to enterprise environments, ERP platforms, cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS or GCP and system integrations
- Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, with Agile and Waterfall experience
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as coding assistants, agentic frameworks and large language model APIs
- Ability to demonstrate AI adoption in real delivery work
- Ability to identify and quantify AI use cases and articulate value to technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English and French
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Geneva and Romandie business environment and local client expectations
- Experience in governance or engineering transformation using generative AI techniques
- Exposure to business development activities such as contributions to requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
