We are seeking an Delivery Manager to join our remote team and contribute to a key project with a major client in the retail industry, specializing in apparel, textiles, and daily essentials. This role focuses on enhancing the customer shopping experience and loyalty by integrating physical retail stores with a loyalty application and balancing the client’s offline and online operations. This position offers the opportunity to play a significant role in both the digital and physical retail spheres of a flourishing business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project initiatives aimed at improving the delivery of business objectives
  • Drive the integration of retail outlets with the customer loyalty app to boost customer experience
  • Manage the daily execution of project tasks from start to finish
  • Develop and implement an effective customer loyalty strategy
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project progression
  • Provide regular and transparent updates on project status to stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage project resources effectively to prevent budget overruns
  • Adhere to established project management methodologies and standards throughout the project
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Commit to ongoing process improvement to optimize project delivery
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a minimum of 2 years managing a team of five or more employees in a managerial or similar role
  • Experience in managing at least 2 full cycle projects or multiple project phases across the development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with SDLC and various project management methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of Project and Delivery Management techniques and best practices
  • In-depth understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies for effective project management
  • Proven ability to plan and oversee projects efficiently
  • Skilled in resource and time management to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and expectation management
  • Proven track record of developing and conveying a clear product vision
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring comprehensive project coverage
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication, coordination, and collaboration
Nice to have
  • PM/DM certification is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of mobile application development
  • Experience with customer loyalty programs or customer experience management
