Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be pivotal in steering our project deliverables and ensuring a seamless execution of IT delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects within cloud environments and fostering effective communication across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in IT with substantial experience in cloud technologies
- At least 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator in Agile and/or hybrid environments
- Proven experience in managing teams of at least 20 members
- Participation in at least 5 full lifecycle projects or experience in launching significant market products or capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in project management
- Ability to deliver executive-level reports on project status and effectively communicate across various functional groups
- Proactive in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
- Advanced level proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing, to facilitate effective collaboration and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with agile software development tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with project management software tools
