We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our forward-thinking team.

This position suits individuals skilled in managing complex IT projects and excelling in dynamic, fast-changing environments. As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Your skill in coordinating teams and communicating effectively will be critical to making an impact in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break down projects into manageable actions and establish timelines
  • Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign responsibilities to internal teams and oversee schedule planning
  • Track project progress and address any emerging issues
  • Serve as the primary contact, communicating project updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve obstacles
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a focus on Delivery Management
  • Background in leading a team of 5+ employees for at least 2 years in a Manager/Owner role
  • Proven experience managing at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning various software development lifecycle stages
  • Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application management and deployment
  • Showcase of strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate project complexities
  • B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
  • Qualifications in PMP or Certified Scrum Master certifications
  • Familiarity with managed services emphasizing continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Background in designing processes or systems from the ground up within a Greenfield project environment
