We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in steering project deliverables. This position is ideal for individuals who are adept at managing complex IT projects and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Your ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a focus on Delivery Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of 5 or more employees in a Manager/Owner capacity
  • Proven experience in managing at least 2 full cycle projects or multiple projects covering different phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to manage and deploy applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address project challenges
  • Strong proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience in managed services focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Involvement in setting up processes or systems from scratch in a Greenfield project scenario
