We are in search of a Delivery Manager to join our driven team and play a crucial role in steering project deliverables.
This position is perfect for individuals with a strong track record in managing complex IT projects and excelling in dynamic, high-pressure environments. As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee timely, within-scope, and high-quality project delivery. Your skill in fostering team coordination and effective communication will be instrumental in this position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Break down projects into actionable tasks and establish timeframes
- Liaise with clients to determine requirements, scope, and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with managing schedules
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Act as the central point of contact for communicating project status to all stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
- Background in IT with at least 5 years of experience, concentrating on Delivery Management
- Leadership experience of a minimum of 2 years, managing teams of 5 or more staff members in a Managerial/Ownership capacity
- Showcase of managing at least 2 full-cycle projects or diverse projects spanning different phases of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for managing and deploying applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve project challenges
- Minimum English language level of B2+
Nice to have
- Qualifications in PMP or Certified Scrum Master
- Background in managed services with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Familiarity with establishing processes or systems from the ground up in a Greenfield project scenario
