We are thrilled to invite a Delivery Manager to join our team and contribute significantly to ensuring successful project outcomes.

This position is ideal for individuals skilled in overseeing complex IT projects and excelling in a dynamic and evolving environment. As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure projects adhere to timelines, remain within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Success in this role hinges on effective team coordination and clear communication.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break down projects into actionable steps with defined timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks across internal teams and support schedule management
  • Monitor ongoing project progress and address arising challenges
  • Act as the primary contact to communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to resolve blockers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and plans
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a focus on Delivery Management
  • Background in leadership roles managing teams of 5 or more employees for at least 2 years
  • Proven track record of managing at least 2 full-cycle projects or overseeing multiple projects at various phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application management and deployment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges
  • English proficiency at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Qualifications in PMP or Certified Scrum Master programs
  • Background in managed services emphasizing continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Showcase of experience establishing processes or systems from the ground up in Greenfield project environments
