We are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee AI initiatives and keep delivery predictable, transparent, and aligned with priorities. You will partner across the organization, balance scope and resources, and manage stakeholders through the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery from start to finish, ensuring outcomes support broader business objectives
- Serve as the key liaison between internal groups and external partners across the project
- Plan delivery work with achievable timelines, checkpoints, and appropriate resource distribution
- Manage several concurrent efforts, detect risks, and act quickly to resolve issues
- Lead routine status reviews and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Strengthen client relationships to remain aligned on evolving requirements and expectations
- Guide cross-functional teams and foster shared responsibility and ownership
- Reassess and renegotiate scope, budget, and schedules when conditions change
- Spot process gaps and roll out improved practices across multiple projects
- Help colleagues work through difficulties and eliminate blockers impacting output
- Protect quality standards throughout each stage of delivery
- Provide input on hiring and team structure based on what each project needs
Requirements
- Technical engineering background with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner roles
- Demonstrated success managing projects with 5+ full-time team members
- Strong solution architecture knowledge along with proficiency in Agentic AI
- Python scripting capability and fundamental understanding of core AI technology
- Well-rounded experience in both Project Management and Delivery Management across various project types
- Practical experience with Digital Project Management delivery
- Knowledge of Delivery Management practices in cloud infrastructure and cloud environments
- Experience in Digital Marketing Project Management supporting marketing campaigns and related work
- English proficiency at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have
- Product Manager certification is considered an advantage
