As the Delivery Manager (AI), you will coordinate cross-functional teams, align programs to company goals, and keep execution on track while adapting to new technologies. Responsibilities
- Drive projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring deliverables support overarching company objectives
- Serve as the primary link between internal teams and external stakeholders for the duration of each project
- Define planning approaches by setting realistic timelines, key milestones, and effective resource allocation
- Oversee multiple parallel initiatives, identifying risks early and addressing them proactively
- Run regular status updates and report progress to executives and other key audiences
- Develop and maintain trust-based client relationships to track changing needs and expected outcomes
- Lead cross-department teams and reinforce a culture of shared accountability
- Adjust scope, budget constraints, and schedule plans as project conditions evolve
- Spot opportunities to improve existing workflows and introduce more efficient delivery methods
- Support team members through blockers and remove factors that slow execution
- Maintain strict quality control across every stage of the delivery process
- Contribute to decisions on team composition and staffing based on project needs
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 5 years within a technical engineering discipline
- Background of 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles
- Demonstrated success leading projects with teams of 5+ full-time contributors
- Comprehensive expertise in solution architecture with practical experience in Agentic AI
- Applied Python scripting skills plus a basic understanding of core AI technology
- Broad experience across Project Management and Delivery Management in multiple project formats
- Direct hands-on experience in Digital Project Management environments
- Working knowledge of Delivery Management for cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Exposure to Digital Marketing Project Management, supporting marketing campaign delivery
- Solid English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
