We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead AI-driven delivery work in a fast-paced, technology-first environment. Responsibilities
- Drive projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring outcomes support broader organizational goals
- Serve as the primary communication hub between internal teams and external collaborators during execution
- Shape delivery plans by defining achievable timelines, key milestones, and balanced resource allocation
- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, identify emerging risks early, and implement corrective actions
- Run regular status sessions and communicate progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Build trusted client relationships to stay current on evolving needs and expected outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams and reinforce shared accountability and ownership
- Adapt scope, budget constraints, and schedules when changing conditions require flexibility
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and roll out more effective delivery practices
- Support teammates by resolving blockers and helping them navigate delivery challenges
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all phases of project delivery
- Contribute to staffing and team-setup decisions based on project requirements
Requirements
- Hands-on technical engineering experience of 5+ years in relevant roles
- Minimum 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-type positions
- Proven track record of delivering projects with teams of 5+ full-time employees
- Advanced knowledge of solution architecture with practical capability in Agentic AI
- Practical Python scripting skills plus working knowledge of core AI technologies
- Broad experience across Project Management and Delivery Management in varied project types
- Direct experience in Digital Project Management initiatives
- Familiarity with Delivery Management in cloud infrastructure and related environments
- Exposure to Digital Marketing Project Management, supporting marketing initiatives and campaign delivery
- Strong English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

- Product Manager-related certification as an added advantage
