We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong AI knowledge to keep complex initiatives aligned to business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, set clear plans, and keep delivery moving smoothly while tracking emerging technology. Responsibilities
- Drive projects from early discovery through final release, ensuring deliverables support broader company objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison connecting internal teams and external partners throughout delivery
- Establish planning frameworks by defining realistic deadlines, key milestones, and balanced resource allocations
- Oversee multiple in-flight projects concurrently, surface risks early, and resolve issues quickly
- Facilitate recurring status sessions and communicate timely updates to executives and key stakeholders
- Maintain strong client relationships to stay aligned with evolving priorities and expected outcomes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote shared accountability and ownership
- Adjust scope, budget constraints, and schedules when project conditions change
- Identify process improvement opportunities and introduce more effective delivery practices
- Support team members by removing blockers and helping them work through challenges
- Apply consistent quality checks across every phase of the delivery lifecycle
- Contribute to team structure and staffing decisions based on project needs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within a technical engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner
- Demonstrated success leading projects with teams of 5 or more full-time personnel
- Extensive expertise in solution architecture combined with applied skill in Agentic AI
- Functional Python scripting ability along with a foundational understanding of core AI technologies
- Broad experience across both Project Management and Delivery Management for varied project types
- Focused experience working in Digital Project Management environments
- Clear understanding of Delivery Management for cloud platforms and supporting infrastructure
- Background in Digital Marketing Project Management to support execution of marketing campaigns
- Strong English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Product Manager certification is a plus
