We are seeking a Delivery Manager to drive AI-focused delivery while keeping teams aligned to business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage priorities, and keep execution on track in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives from kickoff to delivery, ensuring results align with overall business objectives
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Define project plans with realistic timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor multiple parallel workstreams, identify risks early, and implement mitigations as needed
- Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships to stay aligned on changing needs and expected outcomes
- Coordinate multi-functional teams and promote shared ownership and accountability
- Re-negotiate scope, budget, and schedules when project conditions change
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement better practices across projects
- Support teammates in overcoming obstacles and removing blockers that impact delivery
- Ensure quality standards are upheld at every phase of the delivery process
- Contribute input on hiring decisions and team setup based on project demands
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 5 years in relevant technical engineering work
- Demonstrated 2+ years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner roles
- Proven record of managing projects with teams of 5+ full-time staff members
- Deep expertise in solution architecture together with strong proficiency in Agentic AI
- Working knowledge of Python scripting plus a foundational grasp of core AI technology
- Comprehensive background across Project Management and Delivery Management for varied project types
- Direct exposure to Digital Project Management engagements
- Clear understanding of Delivery Management for cloud infrastructure and environments
- Experience with Digital Marketing Project Management supporting marketing campaigns and related efforts
- Strong English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Product Manager-related certification is a plus
