Our team is seeking a Delivery Manager who combines project leadership experience with a strong AI background. You will oversee significant initiatives that require clear coordination, thoughtful planning, and strong operational control. Responsibilities
- Direct several project streams through the full delivery process while maintaining alignment with strategic business aims
- Function as the primary connection between internal functions and external collaborators throughout execution
- Measure progress against delivery milestones and intervene quickly when risks or dependencies arise
- Deploy available people and resources strategically to sustain delivery momentum and deadline adherence
- Ensure leadership receives consistent visibility through structured reporting and recurring project updates
- Create and maintain productive client partnerships that support strong service experiences and continued cooperation
- Detect project risks at an early stage and define response plans that reduce their potential impact
- Advance operational maturity by assessing current practices and implementing workflow improvements
- Lead diverse project teams by setting clear expectations and reinforcing collaborative ownership
- Maintain financial discipline by managing initiative budgets and reviewing ongoing cost performance
- Encourage professional growth across the team through coaching, development conversations, and guidance
- Negotiate adjustments to priorities, timelines, and capacity in response to changing project needs
Requirements
- Five or more years of relevant work experience in an engineering or technical delivery context
- At least two years of experience carrying senior-level, leadership, managerial, or ownership responsibilities
- Evidence of successfully managing engagements with teams of five or more full-time team members
- In-depth understanding of solution architecture and applied experience with Agentic AI approaches
- Ability to script in Python combined with knowledge of fundamental AI concepts and technologies
- Practical experience using project management methodologies to govern end-to-end delivery
- Background in digital project delivery for technology-centered programs
- Experience with delivery management disciplines, including cloud-delivery environments
- Familiarity with managing digital marketing projects and their related coordination needs
- B2-level English or higher for confident professional communication
Nice to have
- Professional certification relevant to the position, including a Product Manager-related credential, would be beneficial
