Step into a strategic role as a Delivery Manager (AI) at EPAM. You will lead and scale high-impact AI and GenAI initiatives across complex, multicultural environments. By bridging business and technical teams, you will drive end-to-end delivery, champion continuous improvement and implement responsible AI practices that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor and delivery owner for AI and GenAI initiatives
Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, experimentation, MVP development and production rollout
Build and maintain strong relationships with product, engineering, data and business stakeholders
Drive delivery success and client satisfaction through data-driven insights and value tracking
Manage escalations for AI services to ensure fast triage and clear communication
Champion Agile and Lean principles to establish scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks
Supervise a portfolio of AI projects by reviewing delivery health and addressing risks proactively
Mentor delivery and engineering teams to uplift AI delivery capabilities across the organization

Requirements

Proven delivery leadership in AI/ML or GenAI solutions with accountability for outcomes
Demonstrated success managing large-scale, distributed, and multicultural teams
Strong technical background in SDLC, integration projects, and AI/ML lifecycle
Hands-on understanding of GenAI/LLM solution patterns and quality evaluation
Demonstrated ability to implement MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model registries and monitoring systems
Comprehensive awareness of Responsible AI, data privacy and model risk management frameworks
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and integrating AI into enterprise applications
Comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders to manage communication and long-term strategy

Nice to have

Experience with RAG, prompt engineering and tool/function calling
Experience owning commercial strategy, including engagement financial management and P&L awareness
Demonstrated ability to lead internationally distributed teams
