Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycles, from launch activities through delivery, while keeping work aligned with strategic objectives
- Serve as the central point of coordination for communication between internal teams and third-party contacts
- Shape project plans by setting workable delivery dates, important checkpoints, and balanced resource allocation
- Monitor concurrent activities, detect emerging concerns, and take action to prevent disruptions
- Run recurring progress discussions and ensure key stakeholders receive timely reporting
- Develop strong customer relationships by listening to changing needs and confirming mutual expectations
- Guide cross-functional teams by creating an environment of transparency, responsibility, and joint commitment
- Agree revisions to project requirements, cost limits, and schedules as delivery circumstances evolve
- Drive better project performance by assessing current workflows and introducing improved operating practices
- Enable colleagues to overcome delivery challenges by addressing blockers and offering practical support
- Ensure quality controls are applied consistently throughout all phases of project work
- Support decisions on staffing levels and team composition based on specific initiative requirements
Requirements
- Five or more years of professional practice within technology engineering or a related setting
- At least two years in positions involving seniority, team leadership, management responsibility, or ownership
- A track record of successfully managing engagements involving teams of no fewer than five full-time professionals
- In-depth knowledge of solution architecture coupled with applied familiarity with Agentic AI approaches
- Working Python scripting skills and an understanding of core artificial intelligence concepts
- Broad background in project governance and delivery leadership across multiple project types
- Practical involvement in digital project delivery for technology-led initiatives
- Understanding of cloud-focused delivery practices and infrastructure coordination
- Experience supporting digital marketing project work, including campaign-related delivery activities
- B2-level English or above for clear communication in a professional environment
Nice to have
- Holding a credential in product management or a similar discipline would be a plus
