We're currently hiring a Delivery Manager equipped with solid AI expertise to join forces with our existing team. This role puts you in charge of driving forward significant projects inside an innovation-friendly, rapidly evolving organization that values both inventive thinking and team synergy. You'll collaborate extensively with various departments to ensure programs stay aligned with company-wide objectives and move forward smoothly. This position is ideal for those who take pride in structuring complex work streams while keeping up with cutting-edge technological shifts.
Responsibilities
- Shepherd projects through their complete lifecycle, verifying that end results align with overarching company goals
- Act as the key liaison connecting internal teams with external stakeholders throughout each project's duration
- Help define the planning framework by establishing attainable timelines, important milestones, and smart resource allocation
- Supervise numerous active initiatives at once, catching potential risks early and resolving them proactively
- Organize consistent progress briefings and communicate updates to executives and other relevant audiences
- Build and sustain trust-based client partnerships to stay informed on evolving needs and desired results
- Lead teams composed of members from various departments, building a culture centered on shared accountability
- Modify project parameters, cost limitations, and timing structures as situations require adaptation
- Identify potential improvements to current workflows and introduce more efficient methods across projects
- Support team members as they navigate obstacles and help eliminate factors that slow down their work
- Maintain rigorous quality control throughout every phase of the project delivery process
- Factor into decisions surrounding team makeup and staffing based on individual project requirements
Requirements
- At least five years of background working within a technical engineering discipline
- Two or more years spent occupying Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles
- Verified success in directing projects that encompass teams of five or more full-time contributors
- Comprehensive expertise in solution architecture alongside practical skill with Agentic AI
- Applied knowledge of Python scripting paired with basic understanding of essential AI technology
- Wide-ranging experience covering both Project Management and Delivery Management across multiple project formats
- Specific hands-on background within Digital Project Management settings
- Working knowledge of Delivery Management as it pertains to cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Involvement with Digital Marketing Project Management, contributing to marketing campaign execution
- Solid English language command, meeting at least a B2 level of proficiency
