We are looking for a Delivery Manager to run impactful AI initiatives and keep delivery predictable in a high-velocity tech organization. You will partner with multiple departments, manage timelines and risks, and apply hands-on Agentic AI and solution architecture expertise to guide execution. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to release, keeping results aligned with company objectives
- Act as the key liaison connecting internal stakeholders and external partners throughout delivery
- Define delivery roadmaps with realistic deadlines, milestone checkpoints, and appropriate resource plans
- Coordinate several parallel workstreams, track risks proactively, and apply mitigations as needed
- Facilitate recurring progress reviews and provide clear reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop strong client partnerships to understand shifting expectations and required outcomes
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams and encourage a culture of accountability and ownership
- Rebaseline scope, budgets, and schedules when project realities change
- Spot process gaps and implement improvements that increase delivery effectiveness
- Help team members overcome obstacles and remove impediments impacting execution
- Enforce quality controls consistently across every delivery stage
- Advise on staffing and team configuration to match project needs
Requirements
- Relevant technical engineering background of 5+ years
- At least 2 years of experience in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-type roles
- Demonstrated success leading projects staffed by 5+ full-time employees
- Advanced solution architecture understanding paired with hands-on work in Agentic AI
- Working Python scripting ability and familiarity with fundamental AI technologies
- Well-rounded experience in both Project Management and Delivery Management across diverse engagements
- Practical involvement in Digital Project Management
- Experience with Delivery Management for cloud infrastructure and adjacent environments
- Background in Digital Marketing Project Management, supporting marketing programs and campaign execution
- English language skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
Nice to have
- Product Manager certification or equivalent credential is a plus
