We are hiring a Delivery Manager to strengthen AI delivery and keep complex work organized end-to-end. You will align teams and partners, manage risks and scope, and ensure priorities stay connected to company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery supports business goals
- Coordinate collaboration between internal departments and external partners during execution
- Develop delivery plans that include feasible deadlines, milestones, and resourcing
- Track several initiatives at once, surface risks, and drive solutions when issues arise
- Run recurring syncs and provide clear progress reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain strong client engagement to anticipate changes in requirements and outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams and encourage accountability across roles
- Adjust and renegotiate scope, budget, and timelines when circumstances shift
- Evaluate current processes and introduce improvements across multiple deliveries
- Assist team members in resolving challenges and removing impediments to productivity
- Maintain quality expectations across the full delivery lifecycle
- Advise on staffing needs and team composition based on project requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant technical engineering experience
- At least 2 years of experience operating in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner capacities
- Strong track record of leading projects with teams of 5+ full-time employees
- Advanced knowledge of solution architecture and solid proficiency in Agentic AI
- Practical Python scripting ability and a baseline understanding of core AI technology
- Broad experience in Project Management and Delivery Management across different project types
- Hands-on work within Digital Project Management contexts
- Understanding of Delivery Management in cloud infrastructure and cloud environments
- Background in Digital Marketing Project Management to support marketing campaigns and related initiatives
- English language fluency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above

- Certification aligned with a Product Manager role is beneficial
