We are looking for a Delivery Manager to coordinate delivery for projects that combine solution architecture with applied AI expertise. You will align teams, timelines, budgets, and quality controls while managing risks across several concurrent initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end from kickoff through delivery, keeping outcomes aligned with company targets
- Coordinate communication as the key interface between internal contributors and external partners
- Create delivery plans by setting feasible deadlines, major milestones, and resource assignments
- Monitor multiple active projects simultaneously, anticipate risks, and address issues promptly
- Organize routine status meetings and share relevant progress updates with executives and stakeholders
- Cultivate strong client relationships to remain aligned with shifting priorities and expected deliverables
- Steer multidisciplinary teams and encourage shared accountability and ownership
- Update project scope, budget limits, and schedules when conditions or needs change
- Evaluate current ways of working and introduce improvements to delivery processes
- Assist team members by unblocking work and supporting problem resolution
- Maintain consistent quality controls across each stage of the delivery timeline
- Support decisions on team structure and staffing based on project requirements
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 5+ years in a technical engineering discipline
- 2+ years in roles such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner
- Proven ability to lead projects staffed with 5 or more full-time people
- Deep solution architecture expertise with practical experience in Agentic AI
- Practical Python scripting ability and foundational knowledge of core AI technologies
- Experience spanning Project Management and Delivery Management across multiple project categories
- Strong exposure to Digital Project Management environments
- Understanding of Delivery Management for cloud platforms and supporting infrastructure
- Background in Digital Marketing Project Management enabling marketing campaign execution
- Strong English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Product Manager certification would be an advantage
