We are seeking a Data Visualization Engineer (Power BI) to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive analytics dashboards and Power BI reports
- Create data models and implement DAX calculations for comprehensive data analysis
- Transform and prepare data using Power Query M language
- Translate business requirements into clear and effective data visualizations
- Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure services such as Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake
- Extract and manage production data from unstructured sources like PDF and Excel reports
- Support AI-powered use cases including automated data extraction and conversational assistants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of analytics with business goals
- Maintain and optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability
- Provide technical expertise on Power BI Embedded, REST API, and service administration
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Document analytics processes and report configurations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization
Requirements
- Experience of 5 or more years developing Power BI reports dashboards and data models
- Proficiency in DAX for creating measures calculated columns and tables
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques including star schema and dimensional modeling
- Competency in data transformation and preparation using Power Query M language
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective data presentations
- Experience integrating Power BI with Microsoft Azure services including Azure SQL and Data Lake
- Background in extracting data from unstructured formats such as PDFs and Excel reports
- Familiarity with Python or R for custom visuals or data processing
- Understanding of Power BI Embedded Power BI REST API and Power BI Service administration
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
