We are looking for an experienced Data Technology Consultant to play a key role in driving data analytics strategies, aligning innovative solutions with business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of advanced data solutions. As a part of our team, you will work closely with clients, delivering insights, recommendations, and hands-on expertise across various data and analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local and wider European technical and business data teams to assist clients with their overall data analytics strategy and delivery programs
- Support clients in optimizing their existing data and analytics projects by identifying tailored solutions and services based on their needs, constraints, and strategies
- Act as a Data Technology Consultant and/or Data Solution Architect, partnering with delivery teams on various complex programs of different sizes
- Maintain a strong understanding of technical solutions, architecture design trends, and industry best practices to support effective decision-making
- Lead data analytics initiatives by driving strategy and producing relevant deliverables
- Oversee technology consulting and architecture engagements, ensuring smooth transformation through execution phases while collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
- Understand the intersection of technology, customer needs, and business goals to deliver impactful solutions
- Stay informed about emerging trends, challenges, and market dynamics within the industries and regions in which clients operate, and analyze their impact on clients’ businesses and initiatives
- Coordinate with project and program management teams to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
- Deliver clear and consistent communication to relevant stakeholders throughout projects
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
- Extensive experience as a Data Technical Consultant and/or Data Solution Architect
- Strong hands-on technology expertise in the field of Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Storage, and Data Visualization
- Solid knowledge and experience with at least one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous delivery tools and technologies
- Experience working effectively with relevant delivery teams
- Ability to clearly articulate the advantages and disadvantages of technology choices and solution design decisions, and present rational options to clients
- Confidence in expressing points of view, making recommendations, and presenting analysis and findings where appropriate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client engagements under pressure and ensure successful completion
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
