We are looking for an experienced remote Data Solution Architect (Tibco EBX) to join our growing Enterprise Data Management team.
The individual will be responsible for the development of our Tibco EBX Platform and will play a key role in building our MDM capability to support the company-wide digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of master data rules, procedures, and governance
- Apply data governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders
- Implement and configure the data model within MDM, as per the logical models defined by analysts & data governance teams
- Drive and Implement data conversion and initial load of data in MDM as per the data governance team's profiling strategy
- Share knowledge and expertise with the team members
- Guide the design and implementation of features, services, and prototypes
- Help to streamline how we deliver solutions to the business
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Data Integration
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Software Architect role
- Minimum 2 finished projects and system design and architecture from scratch
- Master Data Management (MDM) proficiency
- Spring Batch and Spring Boot experience
- B2+ English level
