We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Solution Architect to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of work experience in data software engineering, 3+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering at least 3 finished projects and system design and architecture from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure data solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop data architecture and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Lead and mentor junior data architects and engineers
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in data software engineering
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data solutions
- Strong knowledge of data architecture and governance frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven track record of delivering at least 3 finished projects and system design and architecture from scratch
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
- C1+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
