We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with 1-3 years of experience to lead and drive data science initiatives within our department. This is a full-time position focused on developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions using cutting-edge platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead the characterization and development of machine learning models using DATAIKU and Vertex.AI platforms
- Design, build, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
- Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines in cloud environments
- Lead the implementation and adoption of new data science systems and methodologies
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and clear communication
- Stay current with latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science (beyond just LLM applications)
- Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) through coding
- Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred)
- Strong proficiency in DATAIKU and Google Vertex.AI
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
- Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment in production environments
- Knowledge of SQL and big data technologies
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
