We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. This position centers on the creation, refinement, and assessment of prompts for solutions powered by generative artificial intelligence, language models, and conversational agents. The core aim is to elevate the quality, precision, consistency, and efficiency of AI-generated outputs, aligning them with business demands, targeted use cases, and best practices in security, ethics, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Craft, test, and refine prompts for language models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs
- Convert business requirements into effective instructions tailored for generative AI models
- Build reusable prompt templates suited for operational, analytical, and automation scenarios
- Assess the quality of AI-generated outputs, spotting errors, bias, inconsistencies, or hallucinations
- Apply prompt engineering methods such as few-shot prompting, structured chain-of-thought, role prompting, context management, and prompt chaining
- Work with Data, AI, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to embed prompts into enterprise solutions
- Contribute to the design of workflows that involve RAG, AI agents, virtual assistants, and process automation
- Record guidelines, best practices, and standards for prompt usage across the organization
- Fine-tune prompts by weighing accuracy, cost, latency, security, and user experience
- Champion the responsible, ethical, and safe application of generative artificial intelligence
Requirements
- No less than 2 years of applicable professional experience
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and how they are applied in practice
- Practical experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or open-source models
- Advanced prompt engineering techniques for building effective and dependable prompts
- Background in context window management, structured outputs, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Basic to intermediate Python skills for scripting, automation, and integration work
- Familiarity with AI model APIs for incorporating generative AI capabilities into applications
- Working command of JSON, Markdown, and data structures for managing structured inputs and outputs
- Capability to review AI-generated outputs against quality, accuracy, and consistency benchmarks
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or comparable frameworks for developing LLM-based applications
- Preferred exposure to NLP, machine learning, or process automation to strengthen AI solutions
- Analytical and structured thinking for shaping resilient prompt strategies
- Strong writing and communication skills for producing clear instructions and documentation
- Aptitude for interpreting business processes and translating them into precise, actionable instructions
- High attention to detail when adjusting prompts and reviewing AI outputs
- Technical curiosity and an experimentation mindset for exploring emerging AI capabilities
- Solid collaboration skills for engaging with technical and functional teams
- Good judgment for spotting AI risks, biases, and limitations
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Background in roles connected to generative AI, data analysis, automation, NLP, digital product, or technology consulting
- Direct experience crafting prompts for enterprise use cases in real business situations
- Familiarity with agile methodologies to support collaborative and iterative delivery
- Track record of documenting standards, usage guidelines, or prompt libraries to enable adoption across the organization
