We are seeking a Data Program Manager who excels in overseeing data-driven initiatives.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in data management and strategic planning to navigate complex data projects. You will play a critical role in fostering a data-centric Finance organization, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities
- Define project scope and deliverables in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve obstacles by working independently with stakeholders
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
- Establish a clear roadmap while maintaining project scope
- Draft Business Requirement Documents, high-level solution designs, and test plans
- Lead projects from initiation to closure in alignment with Finance Data and Analytics objectives
- Develop and monitor project plans while tracking progress and managing risks
- Coordinate with data and Business Intelligence teams to create reporting solutions
- Measure project outcomes using metrics and user feedback
- Implement Analytics and Reporting solutions like Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
- Build Business Intelligence solutions through SQL or comparable query tools
- Visualize business information through dashboards, wireframes, or reporting tools
- Assess database tables to verify data conditions and business scenarios
- Guide developers on design and coding improvements
- Troubleshoot basic coding issues
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in data delivery management
- Knowledge of project and stakeholder management
- Background in strategic planning and business analysis
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and SQL
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Data Integration
- Capability to create Business Requirement Documents and test plans
- Understanding of reporting systems and Business Intelligence solutions
- Competency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
- Qualifications in visualizing data across various reporting tools
- Fluency in English
