We are seeking a Data Program Manager, Finance Data & Analytics, to lead data initiatives.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to tackle complex data challenges. Join us in building an efficient and data-driven Finance organization by applying your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Facilitate communication and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles
  • Work independently with stakeholders to identify and eliminate roadblocks
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion of each
  • Define and maintain project scope while establishing a clear roadmap
  • Create Business Requirement Documents, high-level solution designs, and test plans
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, aligning with Finance Data and Analytics goals
  • Develop and maintain project plans and track progress while mitigating risks
  • Drive the creation of data and reporting solutions in collaboration with data and BI teams
  • Monitor project outcomes and measure success through user feedback and metrics
  • Implement Analytics and Reporting solutions within Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
  • Visualize business data and metrics using dashboards and reporting tools
  • Query database tables to confirm business scenarios and finalize user requirements
  • Provide guidance to developers on code and design aspects
  • Perform basic troubleshooting from a coding perspective
Requirements
  • Experience in data delivery management with 7+ years in Data Software Engineering
  • Proven leadership experience in managing projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Background in project management with a focus on data initiatives
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of data analysis and integration techniques
  • Understanding of business acumen and ability to communicate effectively
  • Competency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
  • Fluency in English for effective communication
