We are seeking a Data Program Manager, Finance Data & Analytics, to lead data initiatives.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to address complex data challenges. Join us in fostering an efficient and data-informed Finance organization by applying your skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment across project lifecycles
- Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve obstacles and bottlenecks
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Maintain project scope and establish a transparent roadmap
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents, solution designs, and test plans
- Drive projects from initiation through completion in alignment with Finance Data and Analytics objectives
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks as needed
- Work closely with data and BI teams to deliver robust data and reporting solutions
- Evaluate project outcomes using feedback and relevant metrics
- Deploy Analytics and Reporting solutions in conjunction with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence teams
- Translate business data and metrics via dashboards and reporting tools
- Validate business scenarios against database tables via queries to finalize requirements
- Provide technical guidance on code and design for development teams
- Troubleshoot coding issues at a basic level to ensure solution integrity
Requirements
- Experience in data delivery management with at least 10 years in Data Software Engineering
- Leadership background in managing cross-functional project execution
- Background in project management with specialization in data-oriented initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and integration techniques
- Understanding of business acumen with effective communication abilities
- Competency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite tools
- Qualifications in English communication for professional interactions
