We are looking for a Data Program Manager who excels in managing data delivery projects.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data management and strategic planning to tackle complex data challenges. You will be instrumental in establishing a data-driven Finance organization, working with diverse stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Facilitate communication and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders to resolve roadblocks independently
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Define and maintain project scope while establishing a clear roadmap
- Create Business Requirement Documents, high-level solution designs, and test plans
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, aligning with Finance Data and Analytics goals
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks
- Drive the creation of data and reporting solutions with data and Business Intelligence teams
- Monitor project outcomes and measure success through user feedback and metrics
- Implement Analytics and Reporting solutions such as Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
- Build Business Intelligence solutions using SQL or similar query languages
- Visualize business data through wireframes, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Query database tables to review data state and confirm business scenarios
- Provide guidance to developers on code and design
- Perform basic troubleshooting from a coding perspective
Requirements
- Experience in data delivery management with at least 7 years of experience
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Background in strategic planning and business analysis
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and SQL
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Data Integration
- Capability to develop Business Requirement Documents and test plans
- Understanding of reporting systems and Business Intelligence solutions
- Experience in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
- Ability to visualize data through various reporting tools
- Fluency in English
