The Data Delivery Manager ensures successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, and well-managed expectations, all while aligning deliverables with strategic goals, timelines, and budget parameters.

- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery for assigned account(s)
- Serve as a central point of accountability for senior management and client stakeholders concerning delivery-related topics, including escalations, account growth, and scope changes
- Ensure planned, robust, and scalable architecture while maintaining technical quality during implementation
- Facilitate collaboration between various disciplines and stakeholders
- Establish and sustain long-term client relationships
- Resolve client challenges and mitigate potential engagement risks
- Design delivery plans with defined timelines, resource allocations, and quality standards to drive successful project execution
- Develop and maintain strategies for continuous delivery risk management to enable proactive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and sharing technical and managerial expertise to secure new opportunities
- Engage actively with EPAM’s data delivery management community
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering projects related to Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence
- 5+ years of experience in analyzing and translating customer business needs into effective Data technology solutions
- Understanding of data engineering challenges and experience in data platform engineering, covering batch and streaming processes for ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, and consumption
- Familiarity with diverse Data technology stacks
- Knowledge of industry best practices in Data
- Skills in data visualization and familiarity with multiple tools and technologies in the domain
- Understanding of classical analytics concepts and related theories
- Knowledge of various delivery frameworks, including a strong background in agile methodologies
- Multitasking capability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Background in client-facing roles with extensive experience
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher
