This position involves overseeing the end-to-end successful delivery of complex programs, projects, or multiple workstreams within the Data and Analytics domain. The Data Delivery Manager is responsible for project delivery, client satisfaction, and effective management of expectations, ensuring that all work aligns with strategy, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

In this role, you will foster a solid business and technology partnership, adopting a hands-on approach to define and execute deliverables while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery on the assigned account(s)
- Act as a single point of responsibility for senior management and client stakeholders regarding delivery-related matters, including escalations, account growth, and resource changes
- Provide technical leadership to ensure planned, robust, and forward-compatible architecture while adhering to technical quality standards during implementation
- Coordinate among multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Address client concerns and identify as well as mitigate engagement risks
- Develop delivery plans, including timeframes, resource requirements, and quality benchmarks, to successfully execute projects
- Establish and maintain a continuous delivery risk management strategy for proactive decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support pre-sales activities; contribute to the bid process and provide technical and managerial insights to secure new business
- Contribute actively to EPAM’s data delivery management community
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence
- At least 5 years of experience in gathering and interpreting customer business requirements to effectively integrate Data technologies
- Understanding of data engineering challenges alongside experience in data platform engineering, including batch and streaming processes for ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, and consumption
- Familiarity with diverse Data technology stacks
- Knowledge of best practices in Data
- Skills in data visualization and awareness of multiple tools and technologies
- Understanding of classical analytics methods and associated theories
- Knowledge of various delivery frameworks, including expertise in agile methodologies
- Multitasking skills with the capability to oversee multiple projects in a dynamic work environment
- Solid experience in customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English with a proficiency level of C1 or higher
