This role focuses on managing the entire lifecycle of delivering complex programs, projects, or multiple workstreams within the Data and Analytics field. The Data Delivery Manager is accountable for project execution, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing expectations effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budget limitations.

In this position, you will cultivate a robust partnership between business and technology stakeholders, while employing a hands-on approach to define and execute deliverables and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery for the assigned account(s)
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for senior management and client stakeholders on all delivery matters, including escalations, account growth, and resource adjustments
- Provide technical leadership to design planned, robust, and adaptable architecture while maintaining high technical quality during implementation
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Build and sustain long-term client partnerships
- Address client concerns while identifying and mitigating engagement risks
- Develop comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines, resource needs, and quality metrics for successful project execution
- Maintain a proactive risk management strategy throughout the delivery lifecycle to facilitate informed decisions
- Engage in pre-sales activities, support the bidding process, and provide technical as well as managerial insights to secure new opportunities
- Contribute meaningfully to EPAM’s data delivery management community
- 8+ years of experience leading project deliveries in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence
- 5+ years of experience gathering and interpreting customer business requirements while integrating Data technologies
- Understanding of data engineering complexities and experience in data platform engineering, involving batch and streaming processes for ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, and consumption
- Familiarity with a wide range of Data technology stacks
- Knowledge of industry best practices in Data
- Skills in data visualization coupled with familiarity with diverse tools and technologies
- Understanding of classical analytics approaches and associated principles
- Proficiency in diverse delivery frameworks, including agile methodologies
- Multitasking ability paired with the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Strong track record in customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English at a C1 level or higher
