We are seeking a Data Consultant. You will partner with stakeholders to identify high-value data opportunities and translate business visions into actionable roadmaps. You will lead technology transformations from strategy through execution, including PoCs and MVPs, while strengthening data governance, security standards and delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value data opportunities and translate business visions into actionable solution roadmaps
- Lead technology transformations from initial strategy through execution including the development of PoCs and MVPs
- Manage project lifecycles including design sessions and retrospectives to support on-time, high-quality delivery
- Design and implement robust data governance frameworks, security standards and technology assessments
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners to identify growth opportunities and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Drive business growth by leading pre-sales activities including request for proposal responses, technical assessments and proposal development
- Partner with executive, sales and delivery leaders to scale the Data and Analytics practice and share subject matter expertise
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions within a professional services or consulting environment
- Proficiency across the data stack including Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Visualization and modern MLE/DSE workflows
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strong understanding of access control (RBAC/ABAC) and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX or HIPAA
- Ability to solve complex challenges by aligning technical architectures with overarching business objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams and managing high-pressure engagements effectively
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in English (B2 level or higher)
- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging trends in the data and analytics landscape
Nice to have
- Experience working on Databricks or Snowflake project is an added advantage
