Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value data opportunities and translate business visions into actionable solution roadmaps
  • Lead technology transformations from initial strategy through execution including the development of PoCs and MVPs
  • Manage project lifecycles including design sessions and retrospectives to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
  • Design and implement robust data governance frameworks, security standards and technology assessments
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners to identify growth opportunities and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Drive business growth by leading pre-sales activities including RFP responses, technical assessments and proposal development
  • Partner with executive, sales and delivery leaders to scale the Data & Analytics practice and share subject matter expertise
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Proficiency across the data stack including Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Visualization and modern MLE/DSE workflows
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of access control (RBAC/ABAC) and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX or HIPAA
  • Ability to solve complex challenges by aligning technical architectures with overarching business objectives
  • Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams and managing high-pressure engagements effectively
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in English (B2 level or higher)
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging trends in the data and analytics landscape
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related disciplines
  • Experience working on Databricks or Snowflake projects is an added advantage
