Find me a job

We are looking for a Data Consultant to serve as the primary relationship point of contact for our client's business and data stakeholders across Romania, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Belgium, and Greece.

This role is focused on building and nurturing trusted relationships across multiple countries and cultures, understanding local business priorities, and translating them into Data & AI opportunities. The consultant will act as a strategic advisor, account growth driver, and bridge between regional stakeholders and our specialist delivery teams.

This is not a hands-on technical delivery role. The consultant must, however, possess sufficient understanding of Data & AI concepts to engage credibly with both business and technical audiences and to identify where value can be created.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, data, and technology stakeholders across Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia, Belgium, and Greece
  • Understand local business contexts, priorities, challenges, and cultural nuances in each country to ensure relevance and alignment of proposed solutions
  • Identify and shape Data & AI opportunities by proactively engaging stakeholders, uncovering pain points, and connecting them to potential solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear opportunity briefs, articulating value, scope, risks, dependencies, and recommended next steps for internal and client audiences
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional stakeholders, providing continuity and a consistent point of contact across the account
  • Support business development activities including proposals, estimations, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder alignment sessions across the five countries
  • Coordinate with delivery and specialist teams, mobilizing the right expertise when opportunities progress from concept to implementation
  • Maintain continuity and momentum from initial conversation through opportunity shaping, validation, and handover to delivery
  • Grow the Data & AI opportunity pipeline across the five countries, contributing directly to account revenue and strategic expansion
  • Navigate multi-country complexity, managing differing timelines, priorities, decision-making structures, and stakeholder expectations across regions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, client-facing, or account management roles within Data & AI or technology services
  • Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven ability to build trust and credibility at multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong commercial mindset, with demonstrated experience identifying, shaping, and progressing new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage confidently with both senior business leaders and technical teams, translating between the two
  • Structured and proactive working style, capable of managing multiple parallel relationships and opportunities across geographies without losing quality or momentum
  • Familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem, including Spark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, and understanding of where they fit in a modern data platform
  • Knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts, including Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLflow, with the ability to discuss use cases and value
  • Conceptual understanding of data architecture principles, data integration patterns, cloud infrastructure, and data security
  • Awareness of data governance frameworks, policies, and data quality management, along with data lineage, cataloging, and stewardship practices
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
Nice to have
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, supply chain, eCommerce, or loyalty sectors — ideally within multi-country or multi-brand environments
  • Proven track record of growing Data & AI services within a strategic account, particularly across multiple business units or geographies
  • Background working with or within international retail groups with decentralized or federated operating models
  • Familiarity with the business applications of Data & AI (e.g., customer analytics, supply chain)
