We are seeking a Data and Analytics Consultant to support our clients in developing information strategies and designing data platforms.
You will play a vital role in driving data-driven transformation across enterprises and have the opportunity to impact business strategies directly.
Responsibilities
- Manage consulting engagements and ensure quality of deliverables
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Plan and initiate discovery activities with business and IT stakeholders
- Contribute to data transformation strategies for clients
- Design and conduct stakeholder workshops to define strategic needs
- Own project consulting deliverables such as vision statements and roadmaps
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on architectural design
- Implement industry best practices in data and analytics
- Support Business Analysis and Data Analysis teams with direction setting
- Develop best practice materials for data competency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data and analytics domain
- 2+ years in project or program leadership roles
- Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of data and analytics landscape and recent trends
- Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery
- Ability to take ownership of results and manage team performance
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with data and analytics technologies
- Knowledge of business domains such as Retail, Oil & Gas or Telco
- Experience in data-driven organizational transformation
- Experience in conducting on-site customer workshops
- Involvement in pre-sales activities
