We are looking for a Data Analytics Consultant with deep consulting and technology expertise to address our client’s most significant challenges from a Data Governance perspective.
You will be responsible for creating effective strategies and technology solutions that enhance data practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Governance framework aligned with company goals
- Establish governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain consistent data quality, security, and handling across departments
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges in Data Management, including quality, usage, and accessibility
- Oversee Data Lake governance, ensuring effective data ingestion, storage, transformation, and analysis
- Work with departments to address business knowledge gaps and optimize data usage
- Integrate diverse data sources, including SAP, time series, transactional data, and SCADA systems
- Provide governance oversight for the use of machine learning models in predictive insights and forecasting
- Partner with project managers, business analysts, and delivery managers to align business and data goals
- Lead workshops and consultations to identify departmental data needs and deliver tailored governance solutions
- Embed data governance protocols into tools like Power BI and Databricks for visualization, analysis, and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analytics Consulting with 3+ years in a similar role
- Expertise in Data Governance and Data Management principles
- Proficiency in Data Lakes, Power BI, and Databricks
- Understanding of regulatory standards such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
