We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a focus on Azure technologies. You will play a vital role in data migration, analysis, and visualization to support our clients' needs. Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate data migration using Azure Data Factory
- Set up report datasets for further custom report development in Power BI to build a custom intelligent analytics layer for the client
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
- Provide data analysis to support customer service agents and enhance the quality of customer service by identifying support trends and common issues
- Ensure availability of complete and accurate customer data
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in similar projects
- Background in data integration, reporting, and analytics in customer service contexts
- Experience in Azure Data Lake for data storage and management
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for data migration and ETL processes
- Background in data modeling principles and best practices
- Experience with data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with managing data integrity and systems of record
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
Nice to have
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI for creating custom reports and dashboards
