In the role of Senior Consultant, you will take on a key position in the management and control of challenging projects. With your in-depth consulting expertise and experience, you will be a central point of contact for our customers and drive strategic IT transformations forward.

Responsibilities

Strategic responsibility: You will lead company-wide IT transformation projects and develop forward-looking solutions in close cooperation with our customers
Technical leadership: You will act as a sparring partner for customers and internal teams, manage interdisciplinary project groups, and ensure the quality of results
Analysis and conception: You will assess complex challenges, develop sustainable target visions, and devise innovative approaches for implementation
Communication at eye level: You will act as a trusted advisor to top management decision-makers and support them in making groundbreaking decisions
Further development of the portfolio: With your experience, you will actively contribute to the further development of our consulting approach and methodology

Requirements

Several years of experience in consulting, ideally in the context of IT strategy, transformation, or technology-driven projects
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a deep understanding of complex business processes and IT landscapes
Experience in managing projects and teams, ideally also with agile methods
Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade at C-level
Interest in the further development of consulting approaches and enjoyment in sharing your knowledge with others
Good knowledge of German and English required
Willingness to travel
