We are seeking a Content Management Specialist to join our team remotely.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our content-building team and liaising with our client's Marketing, Content, Accounting, Fulfillment, Engineering, and Strategic teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and support products in a custom-developed CMS for the client's preferences program through the full life-cycle (from the staging environment to deactivation from the live environment)
- Coordinate the launch of individual products and offerings as well as b2b/b2c campaigns
- Verify product details with business and tech stakeholders from different client teams and local agencies in 30+ countries
- Test checkout products to ensure the correct user journey
- Contribute to KB and KEDB
- Participate in regular syncs and campaign approach consistency checks across the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical experience in Data Processing
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Ability to process business correspondence with users and local agencies without or with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn fast and absorb constantly updated extensive instructions
- High level of personal responsibility and accountability, attention to detail, and ability to maintain the high quality of individual work
- Team player ready to share and receive knowledge and workflow updates constantly
