Find me a jobJoin our Consulting practice as a Consulting Analyst, where you will leverage your industry expertise to deliver business and technology transformation initiatives in client-facing environments. In this role, you will take ownership of project deliverables, navigating complex operational and technical challenges to guide solution planning and strategy.
You will act as a trusted consultant to internal teams and external stakeholders, building credibility with management-level clients. By combining analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business needs, you will guide technology implementations that directly align with client goals while mentoring junior team members along the way.
- Own project work and all associated deliverables with little to no oversight to ensure expectations are met regardless of obstacles
- Maintain professional relationships with clients at multiple levels to build long-term credibility and trust
- Analyze operational and technical challenges through stakeholder workshops, direct communication, and business needs assessments
- Define business requirements and identify potential solutions that align technology implementations with core business goals
- Synthesize detailed information and transform complex data into clear narratives for diverse business audiences
- Adjust your communication style and interactions to effectively support both internal and external stakeholders based on their needs
- Serve as a project coordinator or team lead resource to guide project delivery
- Guide and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative team environment
- Engage in active listening to receive and act on constructive feedback and coaching
- One to three years of experience working directly in a consulting or analyst role with a reputable company; master's degree is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one or two specific domain areas alongside a commitment to continuous industry learning
- Clear and consistent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across different management levels
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and common project delivery concepts
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data synthesis and reporting
- Hands-on ability to create professional-quality presentation decks using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Doc
- Familiarity with business process modeling concepts and notations such as BPMN or UML
- Ability to compile and run simple SQL queries to present findings in a structured format
- Proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example and push others to add value
