Our global team is looking for a Consultant to join the Workforce Experience Consulting practice, focusing on Learning Experience and Enablement, to support clients in empowering their employees and customers by closing gaps related to knowledge, behavior, and mindset. This position involves designing, building, and rolling out holistic learning and change enablement strategies—spanning digital content, coaching, experiential learning, structured adoption campaigns, and assessments—all rooted in current learning science and change management practices. The role extends beyond conventional training by focusing on capability-building, resistance management, and empowering individuals to achieve and maintain client enablement objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and carry out the project strategy and plan needed to fulfill client enablement requirements
  • Engage directly with clients through independently led meetings and workshops
  • Manage a small team consisting of learning experience designers, content developers, and change enablement consultants
  • Advise client stakeholders and subject matter experts on learning design and change methodologies for successful project execution
  • Lead workshops involving client stakeholders, employee groups, and subject matter experts to collect data and record outcomes
  • Conduct interviews with internal and external experts, stakeholders, and learners to identify and assess learning needs
  • Deliver live training sessions and train-the-trainer programs
  • Create tailored learning and change enablement experiences based on stakeholder requirements
  • Build experiential enablement tools, coaching models, and interactive materials to encourage adoption and behavioral change
  • Establish metrics, feedback mechanisms, and evaluation methods to track engagement, adoption, and long-term outcomes of change efforts
  • Assist with AI readiness evaluations and knowledge audits under senior team guidance
  • Create, maintain, and track project plans while providing status updates to clients
Requirements
  • 12 to 18 years of total IT experience
  • At least 7 years in instructional design and 5 years of hands-on experience with change enablement strategies
  • A minimum of 2 years working at a Big Four or boutique consulting firm
  • At least 2 years using authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate Storyline, RISE, or Evolve to build advanced adaptive learning materials
  • 3 or more years presenting and promoting technical and non-technical ideas to clients or key decision-makers
  • A degree in Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success delivering consulting services to organizations
  • Background in designing and implementing AI-driven learning solutions, content enablement, or intelligent agents
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow design, human-AI adoption frameworks, and knowledge infrastructure practices
  • Experience managing a small team of 3 to 5 members, including mentoring and performance oversight
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships, communicate insights and recommendations effectively, and manage expectations throughout engagements
Nice to have
  • Skills in multimedia development and graphic design
  • Certification in Change Management
  • Experience ensuring content meets usability standards, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
