Find me a jobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our People Science & Analytics team. You will analyze compensation data, generate insights, support compensation processes, and contribute to the development of reports and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks, and translate findings into meaningful insights
- Support compensation initiatives, including salary review cycles, compensation planning, pay equity analysis, and other compensation-related activities
- Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking using internal and external data sources
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical materials to support compensation processes and decision-making
- Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical approaches, reporting solutions, and data products in collaboration with Compensation and technical teams
- Support ad hoc compensation analysis requests by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing recommendations
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of compensation data and analytical outputs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, FP&A, finance, reporting, HR analytics, consulting, or other analytical roles
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query)
- Ability to structure tasks, investigate data, and proactively identify solutions
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data quality
- Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data with discretion
- English — B2 level
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and dashboard development
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or R
- Experience with compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, or HR data analysis
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
