We are on the lookout for a Communications Specialist to join our team.
You will operate as a trusted communications advisor to Senior Business Leaders, converting business priorities into communication strategies that create alignment, drive organizational change, and deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Leverage strong business acumen to quickly interpret organizational priorities and align communications with them
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders on communication-related matters
- Guide strategic communications planning and provide consulting support to internal leaders
- Build and roll out change management and transformation communications that reinforce organizational shifts
- Contribute executive presence and shape outcomes within complex matrix organizations
- Develop and adjust communications strategies to reflect evolving business needs
- Tap into AI to enhance communications strategies, raise productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices
- Preserve an outcomes-focused mindset dedicated to continuous improvement across every communication activity
- Move fluidly between strategic advisory work and hands-on delivery, producing communications, supporting key initiatives, and generating high-quality outputs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience
- A minimum of 2 years in Lead, Manager, or Coordinator positions
- No less than 1 year guiding a team of 20 or more employees
- Strong business acumen combined with the ability to rapidly grasp organizational priorities
- Demonstrated history of advising VP and C-level stakeholders
- Solid grounding in strategic communications planning and consulting
- Hands-on background in change management and transformation communications
- Executive presence together with the capacity to influence within complex matrix organizations
- Ability to design and evolve communications strategies in line with business needs
- AI fluency, with the ability to use AI to strengthen communications strategies, boost productivity, and speed up adoption
- Outcomes-driven mindset paired with a continuous improvement approach
- Hands-on execution mindset, with the agility to transition smoothly between strategic advisory and delivery, creating communications, supporting key initiatives, and producing high-quality outputs
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills at an Advanced level (C1 or higher)
